Dubai is moving its Agentic AI plans directly into the private sector.
Dubai Chambers has launched specialised training tracks for more than 14,000 member companies. The programme targets businesses within Dubai Chamber of Commerce’s Business Groups and Business Councils.
The goal is practical adoption, not simply AI awareness. Companies will learn how Agentic AI can improve operations, productivity, and business decisions.
Training will run through the newly launched Dubai Chambers Academy. The digital platform will offer dedicated Agentic AI courses alongside other business programmes.
More Than 14,000 Dubai Companies Will Receive Agentic AI Training
The programme is aimed at more than 14,000 member companies across Dubai. These businesses belong to Business Groups and Business Councils under Dubai Chamber of Commerce. The scale makes the programme one of Dubai’s broadest private-sector AI training initiatives. Companies will learn how Agentic AI can fit into everyday operations. The focus will be on practical business use rather than theory alone.
Dubai Chambers Academy Will Deliver the Training
The courses will be delivered through Dubai Chambers Academy. It is a new integrated e-learning platform for the private sector. Agentic AI will be one of its core specialised training areas. The platform will also provide courses covering other business topics. Dubai Chambers launched the Academy with 90 Business Group and Business Council chairpersons attending the event.
The Training Focuses on Real Business Uses for Agentic AI
Companies will explore current Agentic AI tools and their business applications. The training will examine how these systems can improve operational efficiency. Productivity and decision-making are also important areas. Participants will learn practical ways to introduce the technology into existing workflows. An Executive Committee Is Already Driving the AI Transition
Dubai Chambers formed an Executive Committee for Agentic AI in June 2026. Its role goes well beyond training. The committee oversees plans supporting private-sector adoption of Agentic AI. It also works on incubators, company support, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. The training tracks are therefore one piece of a much larger programme.
