The AI-GOV initiative Tajikistan has entered a new phase following a partnership between Inception and Tajikistan’s Ministry of Industry and New Technologies. The agreement was signed on February 9, 2026. It supports Tajikistan’s National AI Strategy 2040 and focuses on applying artificial intelligence within government operations.
The partnership was formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). It establishes cooperation between Inception, the ministry, and Dubai-based AI company zypl.ai. The agreement outlines joint responsibilities related to public sector AI development.
Scope of the AI-GOV Initiative Tajikistan
Under the AI-GOV initiative Tajikistan, the partners will pilot and deploy AI solutions across government institutions. The initiative focuses on improving public administration processes using artificial intelligence technologies.
The MoU includes provisions for capacity building and knowledge transfer. Government personnel will receive training related to AI adoption and implementation. The initiative also supports the creation of institutional frameworks for responsible AI use.
Inception will contribute applied AI technologies to support government workflows. These technologies are intended to assist decision-making, operational efficiency, and digital transformation within public agencies.
International Cooperation and Prior AI Partnerships
The AI-GOV initiative Tajikistan builds on earlier international collaborations announced by the ministry. Tajikistan previously signed agreements with Perplexity AI, a US-based AI search company.
The ministry has also partnered with Abu Dhabi’s Advanced Technology Research Council (ATRC). Another MoU was signed in July 2025 with ProSight, a G42-majority-owned AI and data analytics firm.
That earlier agreement focused on AI pilots in smart cities, energy systems, and cybersecurity. It also included plans for deployments through Tajikistan’s Area AI global technopark.
Role of Inception in the AI-GOV Initiative Tajikistan
Inception operates as the core intelligence layer within the G42 ecosystem. The company develops applied AI solutions across sectors such as health, climate, procurement, and enterprise analytics.
Inception also builds large language models and supports AI talent development initiatives. Through the AI-GOV initiative Tajikistan, the company will support government AI transformation aligned with national strategy goals.
