The Moroccan government has officially introduced the Idarati X.0 digital platform to modernize access to public services. The announcement followed the signing of eight cooperation agreements in Rabat. The agreements involved the Ministry of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform and multiple public and private partners. The Idarati X.0 digital platform is designed to centralize and digitize administrative services through a unified system.
The new platform expands the existing Idarati portal. The earlier portal provided information about administrative procedures. The updated version enables users to complete services directly through a single digital interface.
Government Partnerships Supporting Idarati X.0 Digital Platform
Several public institutions joined the Idarati X.0 digital platform initiative. These include the Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communications. The Ministry of Transport and Logistics also signed the agreement. The National Agency for Land Conservation, Cadastre and Cartography (ANCFCC) is participating. The National Road Safety Agency (NARSA) is included. The National Social Security Fund (CNSS) is also part of the project.
Private sector partners are contributing technical expertise. These companies include IDAKTO, ShareID, and the Moroccan Company for Electronic Services (MSES). Their involvement focuses on digital identity systems and electronic services infrastructure.
Technology Integration Within Idarati X.0 Digital Platform
The Idarati X.0 digital platform incorporates artificial intelligence tools. It connects with Morocco’s national digital identity framework. The system also includes a national smart digital wallet. The wallet links to the electronic national identity card issued by the General Directorate of National Security (DGSN).
The platform aims to streamline administrative processes. It is structured to enhance service efficiency and system interoperability across government entities.
Security and Implementation Timeline for Idarati X.0 Digital Platform
Development and testing will continue for six months from the signing date. The Idarati X.0 digital platform follows “Privacy by Design” and “Security by Design” principles. The National Commission for the Protection of Personal Data (CNDP) is involved in oversight. The Digital Development Agency (ADD) is also supporting implementation.
The launch forms part of Morocco’s broader national digital transformation strategy focused on expanding digital public services nationwide.
