    Abu Dhabi, UAE – Anastasia Gusentsova, Founder and CEO of LiFT Agency, shared how artificial intelligence is reshaping personal brand building and content production during the Machines Can Think Summit 2026. Gusentsova spoke in an interview with Justin Cooke, focusing on AI’s role as a practical instrument for growth rather than a replacement for creativity.

    LiFT Agency specializes in promoting personal brands for business leaders and entrepreneurs. AI now plays a central role in the agency’s operations, supporting content creation across text, visuals, and video.

    “For us, AI is an instrument,” Gusentsova said. “It helps us work faster, smarter, and at scale.”

    AI enables LiFT Agency to significantly reduce resource strain while increasing output. Tasks that previously required multiple editors can now be supported by smaller teams using AI tools, improving efficiency without sacrificing quality.

    “AI saves resources and time,” Gusentsova said. “That allows us to create more content for our clients.”

    The use of AI also supports global expansion. LiFT Agency produces content in multiple languages and adapts visuals for different cultural contexts, allowing clients to build international presence without large, distributed teams.

    “AI makes us a worldwide agency,” Gusentsova said. “We can localize content for different countries much more easily.”

    Time efficiency emerged as a central theme. Gusentsova emphasized that time is the most valuable resource in business, particularly for companies focused on growth and scale.

    “If you want to scale, you need to save time,” she said. “AI helps us do exactly that.”

    Rather than viewing AI as a threat to creativity, Gusentsova framed it as a tool that amplifies human capability. Ongoing learning and daily experimentation remain essential to unlocking its value.

    “AI is something we must learn to use every day,” she said.

    The interview reflected broader themes of the Machines Can Think Summit 2026, practical AI adoption, creative workflows, and scalable business models enabled by intelligent tools.
