From Live Audience Signals to AI-Powered Insights: Adobe Analytics Nominated for 2026 World AI Awards

Adobe Analytics has been nominated for the 2026 World AI Awards in the Event Analytics and Insights category, recognising Adobe’s work in turning high-volume digital interactions into information that organisations can use to understand audiences, measure engagement and respond to changing behaviour.

For event organisers, publishers and brands, the analytics problem has changed. A registration or ticket sale tells only part of the story. Audiences now move between websites, apps, campaigns, video, email and other digital touchpoints before, during and after an event.

Adobe Analytics is designed to make those signals measurable. Its analytics technology combines real-time reporting, attribution, anomaly detection, segmentation and predictive capabilities, while Adobe Customer Journey Analytics extends the picture across online and offline customer interactions.

The World AI Awards recognises organisations, individuals, products and technologies contributing to the development and practical application of artificial intelligence across industries.

Event analytics moves beyond the final attendance number

The value of analytics for an event begins well before people arrive at the venue.

Adobe Analytics can track digital activity across websites and other experiences, giving teams a way to examine how audiences discover content, which campaigns generate engagement and what people do once they arrive on a digital property.

Its Analysis Workspace provides tools for segmentation, flow analysis and detailed exploration of audience behaviour. For an event business, that could mean examining the journey from a campaign or content page to registration, identifying where visitors abandon the process, or comparing how different audience segments interact with an event’s digital experience.

Adobe’s attribution tools go further by helping analysts examine which interactions contributed to a desired outcome. Instead of automatically giving all the credit to the final click before a registration or conversion, teams can compare attribution models and investigate the role played by different channels and touchpoints.

Real-time reporting changes what teams can see during an event

Live events create another challenge: useful information can lose value quickly.

Adobe Analytics includes real-time reporting designed to show what is trending on a digital property as activity happens. Adobe says real-time data can have latency of less than two minutes, with reports updating minute by minute.

That opens practical possibilities around conferences, exhibitions, livestreams and other time-sensitive experiences. Teams can watch changes in page traffic, content engagement or configured custom events while an event is underway rather than waiting for a post-event report.

The point is not simply a faster dashboard. Near-real-time visibility can help an event team spot sudden shifts in audience interest while there is still time to investigate what caused them.

AI helps separate unusual behaviour from ordinary noise

Large events can generate abrupt spikes and drops in digital activity. Not every movement deserves the same attention.

Adobe Analytics uses Anomaly Detection to compare metric behaviour against historical patterns and identify results that fall outside an expected range. The system accounts for factors including seasonality and can operate across hourly, daily, weekly and monthly granularity.

For an event analytics team, that can make unusual changes easier to find. A sudden drop in registrations, an unexpected surge around particular content or a sharp change in another tracked metric can be surfaced for investigation rather than disappearing inside a large reporting dashboard.

Adobe also provides intelligent alerts that can trigger when metrics move beyond anomaly thresholds.

This is a practical use of machine learning and statistical modelling: not attempting to make every decision automatically, but helping analysts work out where their attention is most useful.

Customer Journey Analytics connects the fragments

Event engagement rarely belongs to one channel.

Adobe Customer Journey Analytics is built to combine identities and interactions across channels, devices and time. It can bring behavioural information together with other enterprise data and provide person-level journey analysis rather than treating each visit as an isolated session.

Teams can use journey visualisations, cohort analysis, flow and fallout analysis, segmentation and attribution to investigate how people move between touchpoints.

That matters for event organisations trying to understand more than acquisition. Someone might discover an event through content, return through another channel, register later, engage with digital material during the event and continue interacting afterwards.

Adobe’s approach is designed to analyse those interactions as parts of a wider journey.

Its newer CX Analytics direction also brings agentic and generative AI into analysis. Adobe says teams can use natural-language questions to explore patterns, investigate drivers and summarise insights, while analysts retain control over the underlying analysis.

Why Adobe Analytics fits the Event Analytics and Insights category

Adobe Analytics is not an event-management platform in the conventional sense. Its relevance comes from the measurement layer underneath modern digital and hybrid experiences.

Events produce enormous quantities of behavioural data. The difficult part is turning that activity into something useful: understanding where audiences came from, what captured their attention, where engagement weakened and which interactions contributed to a meaningful outcome.

Adobe combines conventional digital analytics with machine learning, statistical analysis, attribution and increasingly AI-assisted exploration to tackle that problem.

The result is less about counting attendees and more about understanding the journeys surrounding them.

Graham Cooke, President of the World AI Awards, said:

“Adobe Analytics’ nomination highlights how important intelligent measurement has become to the modern events industry. An event can generate thousands or millions of digital interactions, but collecting data is only the beginning.

“Adobe’s work in real-time analytics, anomaly detection, attribution and customer journey analysis shows the opportunity for AI to help organisations identify meaningful signals within that activity and better understand how audiences engage across different touchpoints. We congratulate Adobe Analytics on its 2026 World AI Awards nomination in Event Analytics and Insights and look forward to following how these capabilities continue to develop.”

Adobe Analytics joins organisations, entrepreneurs, researchers and technology developers being recognised through the 2026 World AI Awards.

The programme recognises organisations, individuals and technologies contributing to the development and application of artificial intelligence across industries.

For events, that application is becoming increasingly practical. AI does not need to sit on a stage or appear as a visible chatbot to influence an event. It can operate behind the experience, helping teams make sense of audience behaviour, detect unusual changes and understand which parts of a fragmented customer journey actually mattered.

Adobe Analytics sits firmly in that less visible layer — where the raw activity surrounding an event becomes information that people can act on.
