Dubai Chambers Launches World’s First Chamber-Led Agentic AI Marketplace with 22 AI Agents

Dubai Chambers has introduced Chamber AI Hub, described as the world’s first chamber-led agentic AI marketplace, offering businesses in Dubai access to artificial intelligence agents designed to handle everyday administrative and operational tasks.

Announced on October 26, 2026, the platform launches with 22 specialised AI agents covering seven business functions, including finance, procurement, compliance, sales, human resources, logistics and operations.

The initiative is part of Dubai Chambers’ wider ambition to accelerate artificial intelligence adoption across the private sector. Over the next two years, the organisation plans to expand the marketplace to 100 AI agents while supporting the adoption of agentic AI technologies among more than 295,000 companies.

Unlike traditional AI tools that mainly generate responses to user prompts, agentic AI systems can execute defined tasks, coordinate workflows and assist with business processes involving multiple steps.

For companies that want to explore automation without developing their own AI infrastructure, Chamber AI Hub offers a more accessible starting point.

Chamber AI Hub Introduces 22 AI Agents for Business Operations

Businesses often face a familiar problem when adopting artificial intelligence. The technology looks promising, but implementing it can require significant investment, technical expertise and changes to existing workflows. Dubai Chambers is attempting to address those barriers by bringing specialised AI solutions together in one marketplace, allowing companies to explore tools that match their operational requirements.

The initial collection of 22 AI agents supports activities across seven business functions. Procurement teams can use these tools to identify suppliers, assess vendor proposals and monitor potential supply chain risks. Finance departments can automate invoice matching and related administrative processes, while sales teams can generate proposals and evaluate prospective customers. Other agents assist with contract reviews, recruitment activities, IT support and operational tasks.

What makes the platform different from a conventional software directory is its emphasis on task execution. Instead of simply providing information, these agents are designed to complete specific activities within established workflows. That could reduce repetitive work and allow employees to concentrate on decisions requiring human judgment.

Dubai Businesses Can Test AI Agents Before Paying for Services

One of the practical features of Chamber AI Hub is its sandbox testing environment, which allows businesses to experiment with AI agents before introducing them into daily operations. This gives companies an opportunity to evaluate whether a particular solution works with their processes rather than committing to a technology they have not tested.

The marketplace provides complimentary introductory credits, with paid subscription packages available according to usage. Businesses can select agents based on their requirements, while eligible Dubai Chambers members can access available membership benefits.

Chamber AI Hub also includes dashboards for monitoring agent activity, usage costs and performance. Company administrators can oversee how employees interact with the available tools and assess whether the technology delivers measurable operational benefits.

For smaller businesses, this approach could make experimentation with agentic AI less complicated. Instead of investing heavily in a custom-built system, they can begin with a specific task, examine the results and decide whether broader adoption makes commercial sense.

Dubai Chambers Plans to Expand Its AI Marketplace to 100 Agents

The launch of Chamber AI Hub marks the beginning of a larger two-year programme aimed at strengthening artificial intelligence adoption across Dubai’s private sector. Dubai Chambers intends to increase the number of available AI agents from 22 to 100 while encouraging more than 295,000 businesses to incorporate agentic AI technologies into their operations.

The organisation is also introducing specialised training programmes for 14,000 companies associated with the Business Groups and Business Councils operating under Dubai Chamber of Commerce. These programmes are designed to help participating businesses understand how AI agents work, identify suitable applications and introduce automation into existing administrative processes.

Training will play an important role in the initiative. Access to AI technology does not automatically translate into better productivity, particularly when employees lack the knowledge needed to evaluate and manage automated systems. By combining marketplace access with practical education, Dubai Chambers aims to help businesses move beyond experimentation and begin using AI for specific operational needs.

The expansion also creates opportunities for technology developers offering specialised agentic AI solutions. As the marketplace grows, businesses may gain access to a wider selection of tools designed for different industries and commercial activities.

Dubai Chambers Chairman Calls for Measurable AI Results

Eng. Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori, Chairman of Dubai Chambers, has emphasised that successful artificial intelligence adoption should be measured by its impact on business performance rather than the number of technologies companies introduce. The Chamber AI Hub initiative reflects that approach by focusing on practical applications that can address operational challenges and improve efficiency.

The platform is designed to help companies identify business processes where AI agents can deliver meaningful improvements. These could include reducing the time spent reviewing documents, simplifying procurement procedures, accelerating routine financial tasks or improving the management of internal requests.

The emphasis on measurable results is significant because many organisations are still determining how to turn investment in artificial intelligence into operational value. Dubai Chambers is positioning its marketplace as a way to connect businesses with tools that can be evaluated against real business requirements.

Data Security and Bilingual AI Support Form Part of Chamber AI Hub

Allowing AI agents to handle business information raises important questions about data protection, confidentiality and operational oversight. Companies working with financial records, supplier contracts, employee information and other sensitive materials need to understand how automated systems process and protect that information.

Dubai Chambers says Chamber AI Hub follows applicable UAE data protection requirements, with information hosted within the country and separation maintained between participating companies’ data. The platform also provides administrative controls intended to help organisations manage employee access and monitor agent activity.

Another feature is support for both Arabic and English, reflecting the multilingual environment in which many Dubai businesses operate. This could make the platform more accessible to companies that conduct internal administration, commercial negotiations and customer communications in either language.

Although these features address important adoption concerns, businesses will still need to evaluate individual AI agents against their internal policies and compliance obligations. Automated systems can assist with sensitive workflows, but organisations remain responsible for appropriate oversight and the decisions made using those tools.

Dubai’s Agentic AI Marketplace Could Change How Companies Approach Automation

Dubai’s introduction of Chamber AI Hub reflects a broader shift in how businesses are beginning to use artificial intelligence. Rather than limiting AI to content generation, research assistance or customer-facing chatbots, organisations are increasingly exploring systems capable of performing defined tasks and coordinating activities across different departments.

The marketplace could be particularly useful for small and medium-sized enterprises that want to introduce automation but lack the technical resources to develop advanced AI systems independently. Access to ready-to-use agents, testing environments and training programmes may help these companies explore applications that would otherwise require greater investment.

There are still challenges. Businesses must determine whether AI agents can consistently produce reliable results, integrate with existing systems and deliver enough value to justify their operating costs. Human supervision will remain important, especially for activities involving legal documents, financial decisions and confidential information.

For Dubai Chambers, expanding the marketplace to 100 agents will be an important milestone, but the more meaningful measure will be how effectively participating businesses use those tools.

With Chamber AI Hub, Dubai is making a clear push to bring agentic AI into everyday commercial operations. The ambition is substantial. Whether the marketplace delivers lasting productivity improvements will depend on what companies achieve after the initial excitement surrounding its launch.
