Access Hospitality, the hospitality technology division of The Access Group, today announced the appointment of Aravinda Gollapudi as Chief Technology Officer. She will lead the organization’s global technology vision with a focus on embedding agentic AI across its platform to deliver smarter, more connected operations for hospitality businesses.

Aravinda joins from Sage, where as Head of Platform Business Unit and SVP of Technology she led a globally distributed organization spanning product, engineering and platform strategy. Her 28-year career includes leadership roles at Intuit, Ellie Mae and VeriSign, with deep expertise in SaaS architecture, AI driven transformation and large scale platform development. She was recently named among Channel Insider’s 2025 Top 50 AI Leaders in the Channel and is a Stevie Award winner, recognizing her impact in bringing enterprise AI into commercial reality.

Champa Magesh, CEO – Access Hospitality, said:

“I am thrilled to welcome Aravinda to the team. Access Hospitality is evolving rapidly – unifying industry leading products like Paytronix and SHR into a next generation guest intelligence and hospitality distribution platform and building a truly end-to-end ecosystem that supports operators across F&B and accommodation. Our focus is on creating a single, intelligent platform that connects every part of hospitality and delivers meaningful impact for operators and guests. Aravinda brings deep experience in scaling platforms and leading AI innovation, and she joins at exactly the right moment as we accelerate this transformation and set a new benchmark for the industry.”

Aravinda Gollapudi, Chief Technology Officer, Access Hospitality, said:

“The hospitality sector is at a massive inflection point where the scale of market opportunity meets the transformative power of Agentic AI. I am thrilled to join The Access Group to lead a platform strategy that doesn’t just automate tasks, but fundamentally reimagines how operators drive innovation. My priority is to ensure this evolution is built on a foundation of trust and transparency, creating an architecture where intelligent systems and human expertise work in seamless, reliable harmony to scale the enterprise.”

Aravinda’s appointment strengthens Access Hospitality’s mission to build an integrated, intelligent platform spanning reservations, accommodation management, EPoS, payments, guest engagement, marketing, procurement, workforce management and operations. With millions of daily transactions and interactions flowing through the platform, her leadership will accelerate the development of agentic AI capabilities that take action autonomously – optimizing pricing, anticipating demand, personalizing experiences and reducing operational complexity.

Her remit will span the full technology organization, driving coherence across the platform architecture and setting the agenda for how Access Hospitality innovates for its global customer base. Her East Coast base will enable closer day-to-day collaboration with the UK-headquartered leadership team, strengthening the operational bridge between the company’s growing US and established European businesses.

Aravinda is also a board advisor to early-stage technology companies and a recognized advocate for diversity and inclusion in technology, having served on internal and external panels and been recognised by Sage as a diversity champion.
