    Key Takeaways

    • Legora is exploring a new funding round with a reported $6 billion valuation, driven by the growing demand for legal AI tools.
    • Their platform assists legal teams with document analysis, drafting, and integrates with popular software like Microsoft Word and SharePoint.
    • Previous funding rounds valued Legora at $1.8 billion and $675 million, providing context for the current valuation discussions.
    • Legora serves over 400 law firms and maintains offices in major cities worldwide, supporting a global client base.
    • Investor interest in legal AI is increasing as more firms adopt these innovative technologies.

The Legora $6 billion valuation is under discussion as the legal AI company explores a new funding round. Bloomberg reported that Legora is in talks with investors. Sources familiar with the matter shared the details. The funding size has not been finalized. The valuation remains under negotiation. Legora declined to comment on the discussions.

The company builds artificial intelligence tools for lawyers and legal teams. Its platform supports enterprise-level legal work.

Legal AI Growth Drives Legora $6 Billion Valuation

Rising demand for legal technology supports the reported Legora $6 billion valuation target. Law firms increasingly adopt AI tools to manage heavy workloads. Many firms now use automation for research and contract review.

Legora offers a collaborative AI platform for legal professionals. The system assists with document analysis, drafting, and advisory tasks. It integrates with Microsoft Word, Outlook, iManage, NetDocuments, and SharePoint. These integrations allow firms to operate within existing systems.

The platform also supports structured review of large document sets. In addition, it enables multi-step AI workflows inside secure environments.

Funding History Behind Legora $6 Billion Valuation

Previous funding rounds provide context for the current Legora $6 billion valuation discussions. In late 2025, the company raised $150 million in a Series C round. That round valued Legora at $1.8 billion. Bessemer Venture Partners led the investment. ICONIQ, General Catalyst, Redpoint Ventures, Benchmark, and Y Combinator also participated.

Earlier in 2025, a Series B round valued the company at about $675 million.

Expansion Supports Legora $6 Billion Valuation

Operational growth strengthens the reported Legora $6 billion valuation goal. As of October 2025, Legora served more than 400 law firms and in-house legal teams. These clients operated across over 40 markets. Earlier that year, the company reported around 250 firms in 20 markets.

Legora maintains offices in Stockholm, London, New York, Denver, and Sydney. The company employs nearly 200 people. Tens of thousands of legal professionals use its platform daily.

Investor activity in legal AI continues to increase as adoption expands globally.
