e& UAE Bundles Microsoft Copilot Into Business Fibre Plans for SMEs

Buying business internet in the UAE is starting to look less like buying connectivity and more like buying an AI stack. One notable example of this shift is e& UAE Business Pro AI, which is changing expectations for business connectivity in the region. If you are considering e& UAE Business Pro AI for your company, it’s important to understand how this innovative solution is transforming the business landscape.

e& UAE has launched Business Pro AI, a new range of business fibre plans with AI tools built into the package. Eligible plans include Microsoft 365 Copilot at no additional monthly cost. Some plans also offer Aleria Lite or a combination of the two AI services.

The idea is fairly simple. Give small and medium-sized businesses internet, productivity software, and AI through one provider. Put everything on one bill.

For SMEs that have been interested in AI but hesitant about extra licences and setup, that could remove some friction.

Microsoft Copilot Is Becoming Part of the Internet Package

Business Pro AI combines fibre connectivity with AI-powered productivity tools. Microsoft 365 Copilot is available with eligible packages at no extra monthly charge. Depending on the selected plan, customers may receive Aleria Lite instead. Higher plans can include several AI licences. That makes AI part of the connectivity package rather than a separate software purchase.

e& Is Targeting the AI Adoption Problem Facing Smaller Businesses

Large companies can afford dedicated AI teams and complicated software deployments. Smaller businesses often cannot. Cost is one problem. Managing several vendors, licences, contracts, and IT systems is another. Business Pro AI tries to shrink that workload. e& handles the subscription while Microsoft or Aleria provides the AI service.

Copilot Can Handle Everyday Work Rather Than Just AI Experiments

This isn’t pitched as AI for experimental projects. Microsoft 365 Copilot sits inside tools employees already use. It can help draft emails, summarize documents, create presentations, and generate marketing content. It can also assist with business questions and everyday productivity tasks. For smaller teams, those basic jobs may be where AI delivers value fastest.

One Provider and One Bill Is a Big Part of the Pitch

The bundle isn’t only about getting Copilot. e& is trying to simplify how SMEs buy technology. Business Pro AI puts connectivity, digital tools, and AI assistance under one subscription. Businesses don’t need to arrange a separate AI licence before getting started. They also have one provider handling the overall package. That sounds mundane, but complexity can stop smaller firms from adopting new technology.

Business Pro AI Plans Start With 200Mbps Fibre

The packages cover different business sizes. Reporting on the launch puts the starting tier at 200Mbps with one user. Higher packages reach 1Gbps and support more AI licences. Prices reportedly begin at AED 1,095 per month before VAT. The upper tier reaches AED 3,375 per month. The number and type of AI licences depend on the package selected.

Businesses Can Use Copilot Inside Their Existing Microsoft 365 Setup

Companies already using Microsoft 365 do not necessarily need a separate environment. e& says Microsoft 365 Copilot can be provisioned within an existing Microsoft 365 tenant. Businesses can also assign included licences to employees who need them most. Extra licences are available for an additional monthly fee. That makes the package easier to expand as teams grow.

e& and Microsoft Already Have a Bigger AI Relationship

The Business Pro AI launch didn’t appear out of nowhere. e& UAE has already been working with Microsoft on workplace AI. The telecom company previously deployed Microsoft 365 Copilot across its own organization. Both companies have also worked on AI skills programs for smaller businesses. The new fibre bundle pushes that relationship directly into e&’s SME customer base.

This Comes Right After e& Put Agentic AI Into Connectivity

The timing is interesting. Middle East AI News reports that e& recently embedded agentic AI into core business connectivity plans. That move also included access to Sovereign AI Compute with UAE-hosted GPU infrastructure. Business Pro AI adds another layer. Instead of focusing only on agents and compute, Copilot targets everyday employee tasks.

UAE’s High AI Adoption Gives e& a Ready Market

The launch lands in a country where generative AI adoption is already unusually high. Microsoft’s AI Diffusion Report puts UAE adoption among the working-age population at about 70%. Middle East AI News cites the figure at 70.1%. That creates an attractive market for bundled AI services. Businesses may already know what Copilot is. The harder part has been turning interest into routine workplace use.

Telecom Packages Are Starting to Become AI Distribution Channels

This may be the bigger story behind Business Pro AI.

Telecom operators traditionally sold connectivity first. Cloud services, cybersecurity, productivity software, and managed IT gradually joined the package. AI now looks like the next layer.

For e&, that means fibre isn’t simply the product anymore. It can become the route through which smaller businesses get AI tools.

That model could matter beyond the UAE. SMEs rarely want another complicated technology deployment. They want something that works with tools they already use.

Putting Copilot on the same subscription as the internet connection makes AI feel less like a separate transformation project. It starts looking like another business utility.

And that may be exactly the point.
