At Wayfair, Gandhi leads the product strategy and management of the company’s cloud-native data and AI platforms, which underpin personalized customer journeys, intelligent supplier experiences, and seamless operational efficiency. His work plays a central role in enabling Wayfair to deliver dynamic, data-driven shopping at scale.
Gandhi brings a diverse background that spans startups, tech giants, and entrepreneurial ventures. Before joining Wayfair, he held senior roles at Capital One and NTT Data, and co-founded Airport Sherpa, the first mobile ordering and delivery service operating inside airport terminals. He began his career designing award-winning information systems and selling data management solutions to clients in over 25 countries—while still in high school.
With a Master’s in Computer Science from Cornell University and an MBA from the Wharton School, Gandhi combines deep technical knowledge with sharp business acumen. At the Summit, he will share actionable strategies for building AI and ML platforms that scale across complex environments, drive customer value, and accelerate digital transformation.
