Sharjah, UAE – October 2025 — The Sharjah Government, through the Sharjah Digital Authority (SDA), announced the launch of the Sharjah Digital Hackathon at GITEX Global 2025, the world’s largest technology and startup showcase. The initiative aims to empower developers, entrepreneurs, and innovators to create cutting-edge digital solutions that address real-world challenges across multiple sectors.
Running concurrently with GITEX Global 2025 from October 13–17 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, the Sharjah Digital Hackathon will serve as a dynamic platform for collaboration between public institutions, startups, and global tech partners. Participants will compete to design next-generation solutions in smart cities, healthcare, mobility, governance, and digital infrastructure.
