ADESH LLC, also known as Adesh Jamaica, has been nominated for the 2026 World AI Awards in the Agentic Process Orchestration category, recognising its work in connecting AI agents, business applications and automated workflows for companies operating in Jamaica and across the Caribbean.
The nomination lands in a category that goes beyond the familiar chatbot. Agentic process orchestration is about getting AI-driven systems to handle connected stages of a business process — moving information between tools, triggering actions and handing work from one system or agent to another rather than simply producing a response to a prompt.
That is where ADESH LLC has concentrated much of its offering.
The Jamaica-based company builds AI agents, CRM automation, workflow systems and integrations spanning email, WhatsApp, social media and other business applications. Its stated focus is practical: take processes that still rely on manual follow-ups, repetitive data entry and disconnected software, then join them into workflows that can keep moving with less human intervention.
The World AI Awards recognises organisations, individuals, products and technologies contributing to the development and real-world application of artificial intelligence across industries.
Moving beyond the standalone AI agent
A single AI agent answering customer questions is useful. ADESH LLC is aiming at something broader.
Its custom agents can handle functions such as customer enquiries, lead qualification and appointment booking. The company then connects those agents with existing CRM, email, WhatsApp, social media and accounting systems.
That connection is important to process orchestration.
A customer enquiry, for example, does not necessarily end when an AI system generates an answer. A workflow may need to capture the prospect, update a CRM record, score the lead, assign a task, send a follow-up message and schedule another action depending on what the customer does next.
ADESH LLC says its workflow systems can trigger follow-up emails, SMS reminders, lead scoring and task assignments based on customer behaviour. It also builds process automation covering areas including onboarding, invoicing, reporting, document generation and approvals.
The result is less about one spectacular AI interaction and more about keeping ordinary business processes moving.
Recruitment provides a practical test case
Recruitment is one area where ADESH LLC has turned that approach into dedicated products.
Its QuikApply Chrome extension is designed for recruitment and staffing agencies. According to the company, the tool detects application forms, completes them automatically and allows agencies to submit job applications on behalf of candidates.
ADESH LLC explicitly states that agencies must obtain candidate consent and remain responsible for complying with employment law and the terms of the platforms they use.
The company also offers QUIK OS, a wider operating system for recruitment and hiring businesses. It combines a recruitment CRM and pipeline with employer outreach, follow-ups, job feeds and candidate matching.
Put together, the products show what orchestration can look like in a specific industry. Candidate information, applications, employer outreach and pipeline management are treated as connected stages rather than isolated automation tasks.
Multi-agent systems target entire business workflows
ADESH LLC is pushing the same idea further with its Clone a Business service.
Despite the deliberately provocative name, the offering is essentially an AI infrastructure and business automation service. ADESH LLC offers configurations ranging from basic workflow and API integration to hosted environments containing multiple AI agents, dashboards, marketing automation and business-process systems.
Its higher-level deployments include multi-agent setups in which different automated components can support operations, customer engagement, lead generation and marketing workflows.
The company markets these systems primarily to startups, agencies, entrepreneurs and digital-first businesses seeking to operate with a smaller manual workload.
Claims about running businesses “on autopilot” should be read as ADESH LLC’s marketing description rather than evidence that its systems can independently operate every function of a company. The more concrete proposition is the orchestration layer underneath: APIs, agents and workflow automations linked into a common operating environment.
Building AI automation around Caribbean businesses
Geography is another part of the story.
ADESH LLC positions its services specifically around businesses in Jamaica and the wider Caribbean, including companies in Guyana, Barbados and Trinidad and Tobago. Its target customers include micro, small and medium enterprises, solo founders, recruiters and staffing agencies.
That gives the company a different challenge from vendors building only for large enterprises.
Smaller companies may have fragmented processes, limited technical teams and a mixture of messaging apps, spreadsheets, CRM tools and manual procedures. Agentic orchestration becomes useful when those pieces can be connected without forcing a business to rebuild its entire technology stack.
Independent coverage of Jamaica’s automation sector has also identified ADESH LLC among local companies working on intelligent business-process automation, although detailed independently verified performance data for its deployments remains limited.
Graham Cooke, President of the World AI Awards, said:
“ADESH LLC’s nomination highlights an important shift in business AI: moving from individual tools towards systems that can coordinate work across an entire process.
“Its focus on connecting AI agents with workflows, CRM platforms and everyday business applications demonstrates the opportunity for agentic technology to reduce repetitive work and help smaller businesses build more connected digital operations. We congratulate ADESH LLC and Adesh Jamaica on their 2026 World AI Awards nomination in Agentic Process Orchestration and look forward to following the development of their work.”
ADESH LLC joins organisations, entrepreneurs, researchers and technology developers being recognised through the 2026 World AI Awards.
The programme recognises organisations, individuals and technologies contributing to the development and application of artificial intelligence across industries. Agentic Process Orchestration captures one of the more practical questions emerging from the current AI cycle: what happens after an AI agent generates an answer?
For businesses, the real value may come when that answer can trigger the next legitimate action, update the right system and move a process forward without creating another manual task for somebody else.
That is the territory ADESH LLC is targeting. Its approach brings agents, automation and existing business software together, with a particular emphasis on making those systems usable by Caribbean companies that may not have enterprise-sized technology teams.
