Following the success of the exhibition in Lisbon, BPI is promoting the ‘AI Innovation Garden’ in Porto. Here, visitors can interactively experience Artificial Intelligence (AI), demystifying its use and impact on everyday life.
The event runs from 9 April to 1 June, and admission is free. Visitors will be able to explore fun AI applications and understand the technology that is already present in everyday life and its influence on the future.
After bringing 13,000 people to its event in Lisbon, the “AI Innovation Garden” is a pioneer in Portugal in the dissemination of knowledge about Artificial Intelligence. At the event you’ll find discovery spaces where you can interact with AI applications from a wide variety of sectors. Visitors will find exhibitions organised according to areas of activity: AI Business, AI Education, AI Art and AI Language. This makes it easier to find the places where the areas of interest to each visitor are exhibited.
At the event, you’ll find initiatives such as the “Prompt Garden”, where you can learn how to optimise interactions with AI tools. In the “Chat Garden”, visitors will be able to explore the differences between artificial intelligence platforms where conversations can take place, namely ChatGPT, Gemini and Copilot. In the “AI Jobs” space, it’s possible to understand the impact of AI on a wide variety of professions, while the “AI Market” will highlight innovative gadgets and wearables that are already available for purchase.
Personalised interaction is ensured by an “AI Agent” present in the themed areas, who adjusts the information to each group’s profile.
Afonso Eça, Executive Director of Banco BPI, explains, quoted by Marketeer, that “bringing the ‘AI Innovation Garden’ to Porto is another step in BPI’s commitment to innovation and digital literacy. We believe that this exhibition will contribute to increasing knowledge and confidence in Artificial Intelligence, preparing us for an increasingly technological future.”
