Presight has deployed an AI-powered unified command centre for Khazna Data Centers under a long-term agreement. Both companies are part of the Abu Dhabi–based G42 Group. The deployment supports centralized operations management across Khazna’s growing data center portfolio.
The AI-powered unified command centre integrates data from multiple operational and facilities systems. It creates a single intelligence layer for real-time monitoring and decision support. The platform underpins the launch of Khazna NexOps, a dedicated in-house operations organization.
AI-Powered Unified Command Centre Capabilities
The AI-powered unified command centre uses Presight’s AI-Optimized Sustainable Data Centre solution. The system enables predictive and prescriptive maintenance across infrastructure assets. It supports early fault detection to reduce downtime risks.
Operational data from multiple sites is consolidated into one interface. This allows centralized visibility across Khazna’s hyperscale data centers. The system supports performance optimization across cooling, power, and facilities systems.
Digital Twins and Sustainability Analytics
The AI-powered unified command centre includes digital twin functionality through Presight’s Meta-Intelligence technology. This provides a real-time three-dimensional virtual model of physical infrastructure. The digital twin supports spatial analysis and scenario simulations.
Energy optimization analytics are embedded within the platform. These tools track power usage and carbon metrics across facilities. The system also supports sustainability reporting and cross-site benchmarking aligned with ESG requirements.
Khazna NexOps and Operational Expansion
The AI-powered unified command centre supports the operational framework of Khazna NexOps. The organization was created to unify people, processes, governance, and technology. Its focus is maintaining service continuity for mission-critical workloads.
Khazna expanded its NexOps team from 20 to more than 230 specialists in under one year. The team produced more than 5,000 standardized operational documents. These documents support audit readiness and operational consistency.
Measured improvements in power usage effectiveness have been recorded following implementation. The AI-powered unified command centre is now a core component of Khazna’s operational transformation strategy. The system supports scaling data center operations for AI-era workloads across the network.
