Nscale has completed the acquisition of Future-tech, a European data centre engineering consultancy, to strengthen its ability to design and deliver AI-ready infrastructure at scale. The transaction was announced in mid-December 2025 and supports Nscale’s expansion across Europe and North America.
Future-tech adds around 60 professionals to Nscale’s workforce. The team includes engineers, designers, consultants, project managers and operational specialists. Their expertise spans data centre design, construction oversight, technical advisory services and long-term operations support. The integration is scheduled to take place over the coming months.
Nscale stated the acquisition will improve its end-to-end execution capabilities. The combined teams will support projects from early concept and site planning through construction, commissioning and ongoing operations. Existing Future-tech clients will continue to receive services without disruption.
The deal comes during a period of rapid growth for Nscale. Over the past year, the company expanded its leadership team, advanced large-scale infrastructure projects in Europe and strengthened strategic relationships with major technology partners. Nscale also confirmed plans to deploy large numbers of advanced GPUs across European facilities to support AI training and inference workloads.
Future-tech’s leadership described the acquisition as a strategic step aligned with rising global demand for AI infrastructure. The firm highlighted increasing complexity in data centre requirements driven by high-density computing, power management and security needs. Joining Nscale provides access to larger projects and broader international reach.
Nscale said the acquisition enhances its capacity to meet growing demand for secure, resilient and high-performance data centres. AI workloads require specialized facility design, including advanced cooling, power distribution and operational reliability. Future-tech’s engineering knowledge will support these requirements.
The company confirmed the transaction supports its long-term strategy to build scalable AI infrastructure platforms. Nscale aims to accelerate delivery timelines while maintaining technical quality and regulatory compliance across markets.
