Dubai, UAE — October 2025 — The Dubai Land Department (DLD) will unveil a suite of AI-enabled digital innovations at GITEX Global 2025, aimed at transforming property services, real estate regulation, and public engagement across the emirate.
During GITEX, scheduled October 13–17 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, DLD will host live demonstrations of its latest breakthroughs in smart land registry systems, AI-driven title processing, 3D property modeling, and automated customer service portals. The Department’s goal is to accelerate digital transformation in the real estate sector and reinforce Dubai’s leadership in smart city infrastructure.
“Incorporating AI and digital technologies into land governance elevates transparency, efficiency, and trust for all stakeholders in Dubai’s real estate market,” said a DLD spokesperson.
Event attendees will gain access to interactive showcases, expert briefings, and pilot project previews. DLD invites global investors, real estate firms, technology partners, and regulators to witness the future of property governance in action.
