Voice AI company SuperDial announced it received $15 million in new funding, which includes $3 million in venture debt.
The company has raised over $20 million in funding.
SignalFire led the debt and equity series A round, with participation from Slow Ventures, BoxGroup and Scrub Capital.
WHAT IT DOES
SuperDial automates phone calls for billing companies and provider organizations using AI agents. The platform handles benefits verification, prior authorization, claims follow-up and credentialing.
SuperDial’s customers include revenue cycle management companies and large provider organizations, such as dental service organizations and management services organizations that manage their billing.
The company will use the funds to invest in research and development as well as go-to-market initiatives, and to scale its voice AI platform.
“The timing is perfect for us to tackle this problem at scale, with AI capabilities quickly maturing and the healthcare sector looking for new ways to drive efficiency by leveraging next-gen technology,” Sam Schwager, cofounder and CEO of SuperDial, said in a statement.

Other companies in the voice AI phone call space include Infinitus Systems, which utilizes AI to automate manual healthcare-related phone calls.
In 2024, the company secured $51.5 million in Series C funding, led by Andreessen Horowitz, bringing its total funding to $102.9 million.
The San Francisco-based company’s AI-enabled platform, FastTrack, utilizes AI agents and copilots to communicate with payers about claims processing and collect information on patients’ prior authorizations, benefit verification and prescription follow-ups.
Athenahealth offers its Talkie’s AI voice assistants for patient communication, automating up to 85% of calls, including scheduling, prescription refills and frequently asked questions.
Outbound AI’s conversation AI platform supports a workforce by streamlining phone-based administrative work across a wide range of revenue cycle applications.
With Outbound AI, AI agents can retrieve claim statuses, verify eligibility and request explanations of benefits.
