Her work focuses on leveraging emerging technologies to more effectively position the U.S. as a premier travel destination, while delivering measurable value to stakeholders and travel partners.
With a strong background in media strategy and entertainment marketing, Roush previously served at New York City Tourism + Conventions, overseeing paid media strategies to attract visitors to the five boroughs. Before that, she spent over two decades in Broadway marketing, holding leadership roles at Broadway.com and AKA, a global entertainment advertising firm.
In addition to her corporate achievements, Roush is a respected voice in the AI and travel community. She was named a LinkedIn Top Voice, serves as an expert advisor for the “AI Opener for Destinations” initiative, and was recognized as a 2024 Influential #Eventprof by Northstar Meetings Group. With an MFA in Performing Arts Management and a passion for endurance sports—she’s a two-time Ironman—Roush brings both creativity and tenacity to her leadership style.
