This topic was a focal point at the “2025 International Tax and Investment Conference to Drive ESG Investing and Sustainable Growth,” organized by the Asian Consulting Group (ACG) and attended by representatives from both the public and private sectors.​

Nones noted that AI enables accomplishing more with fewer resources, aligning with sustainable practices.​

Century Pacific Food Inc., a leading food manufacturer, showcased its dedication to sustainability across its product lines, including marine and meat products, as well as the development of plant-based alternatives. Gregory Banzon, the company’s Executive Vice President and COO, emphasized the importance of embedding sustainability into corporate culture and highlighted their participation in the International Civil Sustainability Foundation.​

Advocating for a Climate-Resilient Future

Broadcast journalist Atom Araullo, who moderated the panel, reflected on the intersection of technological innovation and global sustainability. He expressed that AI offers hope by empowering farmers, optimizing supply chains, and promoting sustainable food production methods. Araullo stressed that the future of food security relies not solely on technology but also on human ingenuity and a collective commitment to responsible global nourishment.​

The event also marked the launch of “Reimagining the World: Without Climate Change,” the second book in a series by ACG founder and CEO Mon Abrea. Additionally, Season 3 of the “Thought Leaders and Game Changers” podcast debuted, featuring insights from experts in tax policy, investment, and sustainability.​
