Microsoft has updated its AI-powered assistant, Copilot, with new features designed to improve accessibility and productivity. The latest updates include Think Deeper, an advanced reasoning tool, and Copilot Voice, which allows hands-free interaction. Both features are available for free.
Copilot is now accessible across multiple platforms, including Windows 11, macOS, mobile apps, and Telegram. It also offers improved integration with third-party services, helping users manage tasks more efficiently.
Copilot, which is powered by OpenAI models, can handle various tasks like writing, summarizing text, and generating images through Microsoft Designer. With Copilot Voice, users can interact with the AI assistant using spoken commands, making it more convenient for those who prefer voice input.
Copilot Voice now supports Tagalog, Cebuano, and Ilocano, expanding its accessibility for Filipino users.
The Think Deeper tool enhances AI reasoning, using the same model as ChatGPT Premium. Microsoft says this feature helps users get more detailed and accurate responses.
Seamless integration with apps
Copilot’s browsing capabilities, powered by Bing, ensure users receive real-time information. It also supports third-party apps like Foodpanda, Zomato, and Traveloka, helping users with daily tasks such as meal planning and travel bookings.
For professionals, Microsoft 365 Copilot integrates AI into Word, Excel, Outlook, and other work apps. It offers enterprise-grade security and customized AI tuning for businesses.
A free version of Copilot includes Voice and Think Deeper. Users who want advanced AI features can upgrade to:
- Copilot Pro – ₱1,300 per month
- Microsoft 365 Copilot – ₱1,650 per user per month
Microsoft says these updates aim to make AI more useful and accessible for both individuals and businesses.
